Three Levels of Nursing Care
Level 1
Personal Care
- Assistance with personal hygiene (bath, shower, bed bath, etc.)
- Ambulation

- Medication reminders
Level 2
Limited Nursing Care
- Medication administration (no IV therapy, no intramuscular injections)
- Provided by Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) under RN supervision
Level 3
Complex Nursing Care
- Ventilator care
- Catheter care
- Wound care
- Intramuscular injections
- IV therapy
- Provided by Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

H&h Healthcare Services Provides
H&H; Registered Nurse (RN)/ Skilled Nursing provides patient assessment and coordination of care, supervises all needed care; develops the plan of care (POC).
H&H; Certified Nursing Assistant feeds, bathe and dress patients, take patient vital signs, serve meals, make beds, and keep rooms clean,
